About Director

Mrs. Nirmala Jagyassi Molugu specializes in creating a healthy environment for employees in order to boost their confidence and motivate them to carry out daily operations with ease. Despite her limited knowledge about the pharmaceutical industry, she has a keen sense of health and wellness. She holds an MBA from Osmania University in Hyderabad, Telangana, with a major in Human Resources.

Mrs. Nirmala began her career in the technical domain in 2010 as a Snr. Specialist for one of the world's largest e-commerce companies, Amazon, where she was able to learn and understand the organization's technical as well as HR-related aspects.

She joined NEOCELL SCIENCE to assist her brother, Mr. Harish Jagyassi, our other director, with HR-related responsibilities. She is also in possession of logistics in some areas of Telangana, as well as the establishment of web-based tools to meet industry standards.
